As far as i can remember, all internal PSUs can be
exchanged easily - My STE runs on a Megafile 30 PSU.

However, i'm not certain whether it is the PSU. If the
Power LED stays off the the fan does not spin, it's likely
to be the PSU. If the power LED comes up but the screen
stays dark, it can be many things.
