The Xscale can trace it's roots back through the StrongARM, ARM600 and ARM2/ARM3 *INVENTED* by a division of Acorn computers in the Mid-1980s. It's a RISC designed based off the 6502.

The Dragonball/Coldfire CPUs are virtually the same as the 68000 CPU designed by Motorola in the 1970s, which started shipping in 1979.

Not the same thing.
