 Subject: Vetch childs computer

I was playing inside a Vetch childs computer the other day just being inquisitive and found that it used a MC68EC000FU is like a standard 68K "http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/68000/Motorola-MC68EC000FU16.html" that can run at 16mhz My question is how difficult would it be to re create the Atari ST using the above or of the shelf parts? As anybody done such a project Thank you
