Well, if it's true, then we have really good news!
Although the information of the site is very short (and the screenshot says notthing to me) I believe on it, because its technically possible.
One of the points of the site was that it can run on plain DOS, well that's *REALLY* good. Because then we can continue with the project of making a PC-based Atari computer (it would be very easy to modify FreeDOS to automatically load the Falcon emulator when the machine is turned on).
Last, I would like it to be free. It's a very useful tool for everybody, and everybody who needs it should have it. We have to help each other. That's the only way to keep the Atari spirit alive.
