If you're new to programming the ST and want to use C and some system routines, you sooner or later need a book like the ST Profi-book.
I doubt there is an online version (the book has roughly 1400 pages) and i don't know about an english version of it.
But i know there is the Atari Compendium available in HTML somewhere on the net which will already help you a little, so try searching the net for it.
