They should do!

They are TOS Programs, so they do NOT need you to have GEM installed.

TTP means TOS TAKES PARAMETERS

So, what you need to do, is double-click on them, and type something down in the window that comes up.

What you type is dependant on the program that you are trying to run.

for example, you might have a file finder program, and if you type down ATARI.PRG then it might look for a program called ATARI.PRG

Other examples are that the program might allow Drag & Drop of other files, so maybe it could convert a picture to another type, so that if you dragged an icon of a DEGAS picture to it, it might make a new picture that would be a NEOchrome one of something?

It entirely depends on what the program is, and does of course!

Try reading any docs that came with it, it will tell you what you need to do.
