Well, i guess, even though your question is a bit confusing, you in general want to know how to download files for your Atari from the net without connecting your Atari to the net (which is possible btw).
Browse the history of this BBS, this question has been answered in details lots of times.
So here goes just a quick summary:
The contents of Atari ST disks are usually stored in .MSA or .ST format. There are several tools to write these images back to disk (MAKEDISK for example). Otherwise, you will also find .ZIP and .LZH files which contain files for the Atari. There are unZIP and deLHarc-tools for the Atari, but PC depackers should work just as well.
The disk format of your Atari ST and that of your PC are basically identical. Any DD-disk (not HD) formatted to 720KB on your PC will be read and written to fine by your ST.
This makes exchange of files easy.
