Could anyone plz suggest how to help me?

I've just installed aranym on ubuntu hardy heron,and id like to format my 2gb partitions
to use as storage and application use.

I see i need to format it with a BGM partition type.

Can anyone please direct me with wat app/how to do so? mkddosfs -A only seems to suppport GEM (modifyed fat16 fs <16mb.)

Any help Appreciated.
