Hi there ....

I was given an Atari 600XL for free but I must admit, I never owned such nice machine before :-( I had nothing with it, no PSU, no Drive, nothing .... so I decided to upgrade it right away (Iīm addicted to selfmade hardware :-D )

I made a 64KB upgrade and built an internal (!!!) SIO2PC Interface and was quite happy .... But now I moved and the 600XL would not fit near my PC, so everytime I want to use it, I have to take my Laptop downstairs, connect it to the SIO2PC Interface and load ATR Images into the 600XL, this really isnīt fun because I need my Laptop near my HomePC for work/data exchange ...

Now I want to build a MyIDE Interface, I allready got all the parts but I wonder how many games/apps are actually running from the harddrive ??? Now I only insert the ATR into APE and it boots ! How do I even start those games ? Any help appreciated ....
