I think you can still salvage both sides of the disk with Anadisk. However, it depends on the disk integrity. That's if you kept your disks in one piece and in their disk sleeves.
Can any of the software be copied via Atari DOS? If you still have some blank or old ss/dd floppies available why don't you just copy any data on the second side to the first side of another disk. Then you can still use Anadisk and Deana. I have had to do this because of disk problems.
