I have actually done some business with B&C lately but they mentioned they are fairly swamped in the repair area right now and wouldn't be able to do it right now.
Ironically, I contacted the sellers of the Ebay MIO because I saw a post from them on another forum advertizing their auction. They made reference to the auction being ONE of their MIO's so I e-mailed them asking if they were willing to sell another. As it turns out, they have been programming and repairing Atari's and Atari hardware for about 20 years. It looks like they may be able to help me get mine fixed.
