Hello!
I was looking at the graphics of the
Atari XL, and noticed that the amount
of data for a graphics 11+16 was the
same as a graphics 7+16 BUT also with
16 colors!
Graphics 11+16:
80 x 192pixels x 4 bpp = 61440
Graphics 7+16:
160 x 96 pixels x 2 bpp = 30720
This calculations show that the graphics 7+16
still consumes only 1/4 the data of a 11+16.
So, my question to the GTIA experts is...
is it possible to program GR.7+16 in 16 colors?
Graphics mode 7 in 16 colors?
