Hello,
All you need is a PC and APE or SIO2PC software and a cable. The PC becomes the virtual floppy drives with the .ATRs mounted. You can then boot from it, run programs, copy disks or files. Up to 16meg partititions.
Otherwise, you need to get DOS and terminal software from a friend or mail order place such as B&C Computervisions or Best Electronics.
