 Subject: Atari Disk drives... Keep breaking!

I'm starting to get super-frustrated; I have four different disk drives for our Atari 800, and they're all broken now. I have one Percom Data one, one Atari 810, and two Atari 1050's. One of the 1050's used to work before we moved 6 months ago, but I just got it out yesterday and it seems like it's all working, except it won't spin the disk. I tried the other drive assembly from the broken 1050, so I'm pretty sure it's not the motor. Is anyone familiar with these drives, and why they break so easily? Thanks,
