There is a 800 version of Turbo Basic, which was modified from the XL/XE version. I think the number is 1.0. Then SpartaDos 1.1 can run on a 800. Also Basic A+ from OSS is another one
As for a list? I cannot even start to make one. The best way is maybe, go back just before the XE 8 bits were made, 1985 or somewhere in that area.
If you can get on Ebay there is Vintage Computing and you can search for Atari 800. Usually there are software lots available just for the 800. But if you have a ton of software already, then do what I do and just stick the disk in one by one and make a list that way.
I started in 1983 collecting ware for the 8 bit. I'd go through everything I have, but I'd go nuts before finishing.
