 Subject: Lazy SIO2PC question

Hi community,

I could find this out myself but it's a bit too involved at the moment, so I wondered if anyone knew...

If I set my 1050 as drive 3, will my 800XL still boot from it, assuming no other devices in my SIO chain?

I have a USB SIO2PC, and I want to make spinning-rust disks from my archive of images. I envision setting my 1050 as drive 3, loading the .ATR image copy software I have as an image in drive 1 to boot from via SIO2PC, and the .ATR game disk I want to make in drive 2, but I don't want to have to keep changing the DIP switches each time I want to play the disk.

I could probably find this out from the manuals but I thought I'd exercise the 8-bit collective a little bit first!
