 Subject: Monkey Wrench II Instructions

Hello,
I've been all over this great, huge Internet, trying to find an online copy of the instruction manual for Monkey Wrench II, the BASIC inhancer that fit in the right cartridge port of the Atari 800.
If anyone knows where I can find such a beast, or anyone who actually has instructions for this and would be willing to sell me the manual or a photocopy, I would be quite grateful.
