I do have a "Basic XE" disk that has a bunch of files, including BASICXE.OSS. I guess this file is the ROM of the Basic XE cartridge. I tried several ways to load this file into Atari800Win, but never could successfully do it.
That BASICXE.OSS is just an extension to the cartridge. The manual describes what extra commands you get when you load this file.
