In the UK there was a product available from Systema, called 'TV Boy' it was a simple Joypad looking device that would run off 9VDC or Batteries, and hook up to your TV through an aerial jack.

More recent versions were a box with two joypads attached, and RCA video output.

Both units had a ROM containing 127 2600 games with altered names.
