There was (is) a game that I used to play, and have been trying to track it down for a couple of years for the ST. A few weeks ago, I actually found a copy of it on floppy amongst my old disks. However, I no longer have an ST, and ahve been unable to create a disk image using disk2fdi, etc.
The game is "Sword of Kadash", and an image file is created by disk2fdi, however the copy protection keeps it from loading past the games title screen while used with STeem. It recognizes that the copy (image) is not the original disk, and asks for the disk to be inserted. So close, yet so far when it comes to playing this game again!!
Any ideas of things to try, or any cracked images of this old game that anyone has seen around the net? I've looked just about everywhere, and can only find working images for the Apple 2 version.
