Hi,
This can be done, you'll need a decent ST emulator and a copy of "XMARK64K", which is an ST program that reads old Music Studio files and can also load/save in standard MIDI format.
Run this, load your old SND file, save as MIDI, transfer out of emulated ST environment on to PC and you're done.
