I don't know what emu you are using. In Steem right click in the disk manager's file view and select "New Standard Disk Image". In WinSTon/Stew click on the disk icon and then select "Create" in the file selector. I don't think it is possible on SainT, you'll have to use a separate program like MSA Converter:

All disk images are ready-formatted.
