Ah I see, the disk manager only shows disk images and archives, it can't be used to run PRG files directly.

The easiest way to run PRGs is to put the archive containing the program into your home folder and then double click on it in the disk manager. It will then ask you if you want to extract the archive to a hard drive, say yes and it should set it all up for you.
