Why don't you use the Windows Explorer to go into your Outlook folder and:
1) delete any suspicious attachments (files) that may be associated with the Marcer messages;
2) copy your inbox file to the desktop so you will have a backup of it;
3) open the inbox file in a text editor and delete the Marcer segments and save the file;
4) start up Outlook with no Marcer problems! :-)
