Subject: How to read a ".pbf" file (Atari, circa
Author: Doug (pia156-58.pioneernet.net)

Greetings. I have an Atari file, dated 1993, named "foo.pbf", and beginning:

Dict 1.00 Data FiledÄsJ¹ zèý÷§V2â

After the first few words, none of the contents are recognizable strings (although I know from a printed version that they should be words + phonetics / brief glosses). I am trying to extract this data, to avoid having to retype much of a thesis.
Does anybody have any clue of what program produced this ".pbf" file, and/or how to decode it?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Doug Cooper
