Well, I just took an example, and it happened to be one of the crappiest & cheapest games...
But what about AvP for example? Ok it's cartridge, but who benefits on the insane prices they ask for that game? Noone, except the guy sitting on a warehouse of AvP carts...
That money will never benefit the jaguar community, and thus I fail to see why anyone in their right mind would see anything wrong in copying the game if it was possible.
I had AvP once, but sold it, stupid mistake. Now I can't afford getting it again. Unless I want to live on stale bread & water for a month.
I just fail to see why people are fighting over copyright issues when it comes to abandoned, non supported games.
I say, with the exception of active developers, like Songbird, go ahead, copy the games, make them available on the net, share with the community so that everyone can enjoy the Jaguar, and not only a few select collectors/millionaires.
