Hello,

you should consider to add the 60Hz/50Hz switch (sometimes called NTSC/PAL-switch).

But before you do it _only_ for the VGA-monitor-connection, try to find some other Jaguar-owner with a 60Hz-enabled console who let you test your VGA-MOnitor with his/her 60Hz-Jaguar.
