I tried responding to this before but it didn't seem to work.
Radio Shack does repairs on all types of electronics. I brought my Jaguar in earlier this year when I had problems with the power supply and they were really helpful.
If it's just the buttons sticking, you can probably fix it yourself. Just unscrew the unit and separate the two halves. The spring or release mechanism is probably stuck or broken and can be pushed back into place or glued.
