Hi (Paranoid probably)

Just bought an Atari Falcon (14mb,fpu).
The NVRam is empty and the fan makes lots of noise so probably i need to replace both.
:)
What is the best way to transfer data from PC to the Atari?
Scsi cd rom?
With my ST I have an Ultrasatan but no acsi port on the Falcon.
