I'm sorry that I'm a bit out of topic here, but I can't find a better forum here to ask my question.
What I have understod, Atari (while it still was bart or Warner Brothers) was divided into two companies, one that was the hardware part and the other one that was making games.
Infogames seems to have bought up one half of the Atari, some say it's the game part, others hints it's the hardware part, that was transformed to another game producing company.
So my question is, who does own the rights to the hardware today?
I'm asking this kind of for a company called Genesi, as they may have some interest in the hardware part. There is a possibility that this company will release a new computer with the name Atari, if they get infogame/Atari interested of their product.
