Someone was on about this a while back, it is regardign the 56 and 64Mhz mode for the CaTTamaran upgrade for the TT.
I have been playing around with the code, I can find out lots of info from the card (like tempurature) and change some setttings.
I have not been able to go change the speed from anothing other than 32 or 48.
Running a program called CATTTEST (I think), one can find out lots of info about the card. Although my GIOS software will support many speeds and functions it would appear that the upgrade card does not, it reports only 32 and 48Mhz.
Has anyone run that program and come up with different?
I have been changing settings using the GIOS cookie, however it is possible to directly program the device. There is no referance to this, however I dissasembled the ON and OFF programs found in the archive (they don not need the GIOS cookie to be installed) - they simply ORI or ANDI a number or two to a high address. Only problem is that I do not know any other combination apart from 32 and 48, I could guess but do not want to.
If everyones says 32 and 48Mhz (when running that program), how is it increased more?
