I've never studied the TT, only wished of having one.
Anyway, they were originally made with 16Mhz CPU, but
later fixed with daughterboard to get 32MHz CPU
and I assume they simple double clocked it when
it wasn't accessing bus, just like the cheap hack
on the ST. Now, I would assume the glue or whatever
it was called on the TT runs at around 32Mhz.
Sounds the same as a ST but remember you got
32bit bus to play with so it's faster
than it first sounds.
Now, I would love to know what was accelerated on the TT,
the bus, the CPU, how much faster was bus running?
If you want to get serious speed on the bus there
is a lot to replace, well on the ST I had to.
I replaced ROMs, RAM, bus drivers and CPU.
I imagine this TT has systm clock of 36MHz and now
the CPU being clock quadrupled! I would imagine
a new CPU was dumped in place, I thin they're PGA.
