Was your Falcon with with the "solders" option or not?

Also, IIRC the clock patch for the SDMA should be removed, if it has one (most Falcons have some sort of clock patch).

In '030 mode, can you hear keyboard clicks through the headphone out? That will say if the audio out circuitry is fine.
