Don't know about it being a Motorola, the chip I ordered from them recently was a Dallas DS12887A

Now they sent me two (one of which still needs to be installed if anyone is near Nottingham with a soldering iron.....) and I presume these things won't keep for ten years until one of them runs out, so presuming you have no luck at Maxim let me know and I'll get this over to you. (I am UK based)
