I was going to go for 1Mb per slot, all the simms will be of the same type, im thinking it would be best not to mix them up. I just have memorys of PCs throwing all kinds of weird fits over the type/number of chips/densitys/speeds and I did not want tot put them into the STE and have it look like its working when its not.

Is there some kind of Memtest like software for the ST?
