Ebay, most likely. If it doesn't have to be Link 97, you might be more lucky stumbling over ICD or Hard&Soft adapters which have been more common back then.
It seems as if a little company named Inventronik has actually made a new ACSI to SCSI adapter,

but i haven't found any details about driver compatibility on this site. Might be worth asking.
