If you mean, it's possible by software, i dare to protest.
There is basically 1 masterclock in the Atari ST which is a 32 MHz clock in the shifter.
This is basically unused and immediatelly
divided by 2 to get 16 MHz, which the Shifter uses internally.
Another clock/2 circuit leads to (very clean) 8 MHz which is then spread on the motherboard, including the CPU.
You cannot feed the 68000 in the STE a 16 MHz clock without hardware modification, no matter what Vezz hacks says.
