Can someone tell me why , when I scan a picture or document it comes out broken, the scan has a break in it two thirds down the scan, and that lower part is split into two and those pieces are on the wrong side,the right piece is on the left, and the left piece is on the right. I have tried reinstalling the program, but it has made no difference. Is my scanner knackered or am I just not doing things correctly, I am not a techno wizard, I only understand the basics of this technilogical wonder so please answer in straightforward english. if you wish I could send a scan via e-mail so you can see the problem I have.
