3. I think 32 MHz is pretty much what it can do in 256/hicolour mode without accelerating the bus as well. BlowUp 2-Hard have this frequency slider thing, maybe it's possible to get it to work a little higher than 32? I'm not absolutely sure..
If you raise bus speed accordingly you can have videl at 50 and bus at 25, that works fine for many acclcards.
