 Subject: Mouse Joystick Cable extension

I made up a pair of 9 din extension cables for the Atari. I would like the story of why the mouse and joystick 9 din ports where placed under the keyboard?

I am not sure if you can buy extension cables at Tandys anymore?
But, it's an introductory electronics project for any Atari owner.
