Actually, the emulator SHOULD work fine, as long as you use the OS-A or OS-B roms (pre-XL). There were some signifigant changes made, hardware wise, between the 800 and the 800XL, that TRANSLATOR cannot conquer. For instance, M.U.L.E. Sees STICK0 as being STICK0 and STICK2 on an XL, thus fouling the game somewhat, even after you load TRANSLATOR.
