Aren't all of these design documentations for all of the 'custom' chips of the 8-bit and 16-bits now 100% public domain?
I see what you are saying, but isn't all the documentation now freely available from somewhere? I thought I read somewhere that it was.
Even if it is or isn't, there are still a set amount of programs out there left not fully emulated. There should be a way to simply devise a workaround to make them work? Any programmers on this forum want to join in please? The goal is 100% emulation and then expansion. It's starting to become a life goal for me to see this happen.
