An update: I determined I used MakeDisk to make the disc image. Also, there is a file in the .ST file that has an extension ".img" I thought this was a graphic file but when I scanned it I saw text from the game, meaning that program files are in this .img file. So perhaps the .img file is the actual disk image, and the game files I see when I load the .st file got corrupted somehow.

Any ideas what to do with this .img file? Can I somehow unpack it into an .st file that can be run by an emulator?
