silly thing to try here mate, but error 35 you say?

Thats down to the disk, and IIRC too many files open at once?

This will have nothing to do with the DSP at all I should have thought.

It will be either DISK or maybe RAM

As suggested, try different RAM.

Also, try the Hard Disk Driver too??? - make sure that the driver is giving enough RAM for the Disk data... Cache, Folders etc.

I am sure that I had a similar issue a while back and I cured it by just reinstalling the HD Driver, Im sure of that?

Dont want to give you false hope though.
