 Subject: R140 50/60hz Switcher

Hi all, just wanted to know what kind of resistor was required to fit between the 2 connections to get 50hz. I've an American development machine with an M-Series PCB. Also, someone told me there was a site with a diagram to building a 50/60hz switching box. Any details on either would be appreciated.
