The other one you want to have a look at if you can find one is the SatanDisk - uses similar idea but with standard SD cards so you can dump files onto it with your PC.
As for 4mb to 14mb, not going to happen, that's the domain of the Falcon, not the STe - there is a discussion about it on AtariForum if you're into the ins and outs of why it won't happen.
