Well, you wrote Rodolphe fixed and you fixed it so i assume you performed some sort of test to find out whether you fixed it, didn't you?
I remember having vivid discussions on this BBS, probably even with you, but the problem you report most probably is due to bad DMA which is common on the Falcon and there are a couple of DMA patches you can find on the web.
Otherwise, the NCR 5380 in the Falcon030 generates its own clock internally and the external connector doesn't provide any clock signals.
