Hi, I have a CT63. Works without crashing here, except in plainTOS without nvdi (and sometimes it can function ok without it too).

So, let me answer your questions:

1. NVDI or no auto programs at all
2. Sorry, can't help you with MagiC. I could patch the file for you, but I wouldn't be able to test it out.
3. Hmmm, have you tried a crack of CAF that came out this year? It was announced in this forum (came in April and May IIRC). If I remember it I'll give it a shot on my Falcon.
