No, I do use an English keyboard and I did try to change Steem's keyboard language from English <-> French. I think I've tried everything.
But, now that you mention it, it makes me realize something. Even though all my settings are set to be English (even my Windows keyboard), my Windows version is indeed in French. Does Steem look at the language of Windows to determine what type of keyboard to use? That wouldn't be good!
And Havoc, as for the application I was using, it's doing this everywhere including TOS itself (tried to rename a desktop file and "Q" was giving me "A", etc.).
