Well, the most obvious explanation would be that there really isn't enough memory.

If you are sure there is - and i am not since you didn't specify any details of the setup you run - it can still be that the TTP-program - which you also haven't specified any details of - simply can't allocate memory. Reasons for this are numerous but depend a lot on the configuration of your system.

I also remember that corrupted executables sometimes, but very rarely, aborted claiming that there isn't enough memory, and in that case, simply replace the unnamed TTP program.
